Chuck grew up northwest of Baltimore in Owings Mills and had a great childhood with loving parents and 2 brothers and 2 sisters. He has 2 sons, 4 grandchildren and a wonderful wife. His professional career started in Baltimore at Sears Parts and Service, for whom he worked for a total of 30 years, starting as a Service Technician, followed by Technical Manager, Branch Manager and then Construction Coordinator. After Sears filed Chapter 11, he spent a few years in retail store management. For the last 8 years, he's been a courier for FedEx Express.

After 38+ years in the service industry, Chuck thought he was ready for retirement but a voice said “you're not done yet... there's more to do.” He says he was then lead down a path that that brought him to the front door of Beach Bay Realty! So if you have any needs in the world of real estate, he believes he was brought to this place and to Angie and her staff to provide a much needed service!
